As kcd GmbH we are engaged in the development and production of new and improved thermoplastic additives, powder-blends and compounds for the plastics processing industry. On the lower part of this site you will find a selection of kcd products, subdivided into different fields of application. The appendant product specification sheets can be downloaded as PDFs.

Our versatile product range includes but is not limited to:
- chemical reactive blowing agents and physically acting expansion mediums (microspheres batches) for the production of thermoplastic foams
- novel plastic powder blends for the production of extruded foam profiles and injection molded plastic parts with resulting densities below 0.4 g/cm³ - these are processed into e.g. plastic foam stoppers for bottle closures or into tool handles
- reactive plastic compounds for vibration reduction and therefore noise reduction
- foamable compounds for the production of e.g. Freegolf balls
- precursors for special foam structures with specific requirements regarding cell sizes and densities

stabilizing additives for demanding injection molded parts like e.g. the closures of bottles with stopper swings
Furthermore we provide advice for producers and handlers of plastic parts, at which we can resort to our experience and expertise of many years as additives producer.
